Fusion of man and nature The essence of the architecture is create spaces for live, it is to fuse art and science to create a functional and comfortable environment for the human beings.
This project is a product of this merger. His objective is to construct a refuge of high technology that does not concern the environment and adapts to the context.
This building was specially designed for Latin America, specifically for the Caribbean Coasts.
It is a multifunctional center because it allows to develop there several activities.
The focal point of the project was integral to the building as part of nature across big large windows that allow the connection of the individuals with everything what surrounds them.
In addition there interrelates each of the constructed buildings; his traffic depends on fluency created by the context.
The context and the clients have basic needs that the design has to satisfy. Because of it short tours and successions of spaces were created prolonged, with variations of sizes and related to the exterior space, offering comfort like that, satisfaction and safety to the persons who are there.
With relation to his structure, there exist reinforced walls that support the weight of the building in places where column existence is not possible. His basement is strengthened and created by foundations of concrete. It is divided according to his functionality, possesses suitable areas of service, public and private spaces.
To divide the spaces there have been created walls of glass and walls of reinfroced concrete. Beside using wood for areas deprived of the building.
Circulation of the building is marked by income of light and panoramic sight to the monument of the Robbie House (construction emblem of the set), the horizontal building, sea and mountain. In addition from his corridors is observed the whole traffic of the set, the approximations and accesses to all the buildings.
In conclusion, the building is a design that satisfies the needs of the context, of persons and of the building. That uses the natural forms of the relief and traffic to create adapted, comfortable, versatile and practical spaces.
